Conservation and Access Coordinator Position Description   

We value our rivers, lakes, and reservoirs as paddling destinations. The Conservation and Access Coordinator will be a resource of information about local bodies of water, their access points and rules of usage. Acting as a liaison between the club, local government, and water rights owners, the Coordinator will represent the interests of the club and keep the membership informed of opportunities to protect and/or improve the quality and accessibility of our water resources. The Coordinator will also maintain familiarity with the projects and concerns of other water advocates and will help coordinate the club’s efforts to support those efforts when appropriate.
